The S11-M.(R) three-phase wound core full-sealing distribution transformer, a new generation of energy-saving product, is characterize by cutting-edge technology, advanced performance technology, novel design, attractive appearance, small size etc.
1. The iron core adopts the seamless stepless circular section which is rolled by silicon steel strip. The yoke and core limb are connected in circular bead, and the iron core is enclosed.
2. The high-voltage coil and low-voltage coil, which are directly rolled on the iron core, are of good concentricity and great resistance to short circuit.
3. The special structure of the iron core which is formed by annealing excellent crystalline cold rolled silicon steel sheet allows the S11-M.(R) transformer to lower its no-load loss by 30%, no-load current by 70% and noise by around 8 decibels compared with the S9 transformer of the same capacity.
4. The cancelling oil conservator adopts the corrugated fuel tank. The temperature-induced oil volume change shall be adjusted by the elasticity of the corrugated plate, which separates the transformer oil from air and thus prolongs its service life.
5. Adopt the corrugated fuel tank to increase temperature, which takes less floor space and is of attractive appearance.
6. The iron core, processed by machine totally, takes less labor, increases product quality and ensures stable quality.
