1¡¢ Purpose and scope of application
The ZJ90DBS rig123.net' target='_blank'>drilling rig is a 9,000m AC Variable-frequency NC drilling rig custom-tailored for users in extremely cold areas in accordance with the relevant standard requirements of SY/T 5609-1999 “Type and Primary Parameters of Petroleum Drilling Rig” and API, with the performance satisfying the operation requirements of well drilling for exploring and developing the oil and gas resources in intermediate and deep land well under the condition of environmental temperature of -40¡æ~+45¡æ and air humidity no more than 90%£¨+20¡æ£©.

3 ¡¢Main components of drilling rig
The drilling rig is equipped with the overhead travelling crane, derrick, base, runner wagon, hook, tap, drawwork, mud pump, heat insulation system and other regular equipment, as well as various advanced equipment at home and abroad, for instance top drive, roughneck, power catwalk and various monitoring apparatus for well drilling.
4¡¢ Technical characteristics of drilling rig
The ZJ90DBS drilling rig adopts the electromechanical numeric integration design, with the primary functions of realizing numeric control, primary automation, smartness and informalization. The structure of every part of the drilling rig is designed by adopting the mature and advanced technologies at home and abroad, allowing the drilling rig to work reliably, move conveniently, operate economically and satisfy with HSE requirements.
The drawwork, rotary table and mud pump are the electrically independent AC variable-frequency system, all of them never interfere each other and can satisfy with the technical requirements of the well drilling better.
The derrick is of K-type structure, satisfying with the installation requirements of the supporting top drive; the base is the spiral structure, lifting along with the derrick by relying on the power of drawwork through the primary stringing; the main equipment and the control room on the drilling platform are all installed at the lower position.
The drawwork is a single-axle drawwork, where two variable-frequency engines drive the drum respectively through a reduction box; all main parts can be disassembled into the single module to transport; the main brake is of the floating hydraulic disc brake, which can work safely and reliably; all operation parameters of the drawwork, including the startup speed of lower driller, position of hook, various security device and etc., are realized the digital control
The rotary table is driven through universal shaft independently by an AC variable-frequency engine, with the inertia brake; the control system is designed the perfect monitoring and overtorque protection function.
3 mud pumps of 1,600HP are equipped; every pump is driven by 1,200KW direct-driver engine, which can work reabliably and the displacement can be regulated easily.
The power system is equipped with 5 sets of 1200KW main diesel generator and 1 set of auxiliary diesel power generator; the power apparatus has the sufficient equipment; the drilling has strong self-control capacity.
The drilling rig is designed the heat insulation shed for the operation in the drill floor area, fixation control area and the mud pump area, and can satisfy with the well-drilling operation requirements in the extremely cold area.
The electric drive adopts the vector frequency conversion drive system; the main electric equipment is designed inside the VFD room.
Integrated drill control room: the driller completes the main operation of drilling rig inside the drill control room, and realizes the real-time display, storing, printing and management of parameters (signal).

Currently dozens of low-temperature drilling rigs manufactured by our company have been used in the extremely cold areas, which offers valuable experience for our subsequent research and development work for the low-temperature drilling rig.
