Air compressing house:

● The whole VFD house is divided into 2 areas, one end of 4.8M*2.7M size is air compressing area, which is equipped with a screw compressor, a refrigerator and two air cylinders of 1.2 M each, which is for the air supply of the drill rig.

Electric control house:

● The other end of 5.2M*2.7M size is electric control house, equipped with one input exchange cupboard, one DC cupboard, one inverter cupboard, one diesel engine cupboard and two central air conditioner group of 8 hp. The input cupboard is of over-duty and electric leak protection, while three MCC cupboards provide the electric supply for the AC motors of the drilling area as well as for living and lamination. The magnetic brake cupboard is connected with the driller's switch on the driller’s table, which could control the brake on the driller’s table. The main line of the frequency conversion system is connected with the output of the inlet cupboard, and commutate the input electric current after a series of control, while the inverter cupboard changes DC to AC for the use of frequency transducing motor of the rotary table to realize gearless speed adjustment. The control wire is connected to the driller’s table to realized integrated control. The diesel engine control cupboard enables remote control on three diesel engines, with the functions of remote display, idling, speed adjustment and emergency stop. Two central air conditioners of 8 HP are hidden in the roofing, with one working and the other standing by, which is more safe and reliable. The plugs for output below 200A are all explosion-proof, which are quick, convenient and reliable.

Summary:

● It will be more ideal if the VFD house is used with the integrity of our driller’s house with integrated control and the auxiliary generators which are developed by our company for the same period.
