Skid mounted cementing equipment includes engine, hydromechanical transmission, horizontal triplex plunger pump, blending system, minfold system and hydraulic/air control system. Two types of equipment are avaliable: single engine single pump and double engine double pump. Mixing system can of injection
or tornado mixing types controlled either by manually or by ACM automatic density control system.
The equipment has many advantages, such as compact structure, small footprint and convenient handling. Suitable for cementing operations not only in offshore but also in the deset, marshland and limited space areas. Cementing skids are both corrosion resistant and explosion proof thus meeting special requirments for offshore platform operations.
